1 Mile run/walk - $20 before Sept. 23 / $25 on Race Day
Online registration closes at 6 p.m. on September 22, 2012
Register in person at Up and Running – 3233 N. Mesa, ste 205, Rudolph Plaza or
1475 George Dieter, ste O, East Park Plaza
Race day registration and packet pick up at start line from 7:30 a.m. to 8:15 a.m.

AWARDS AND PRIZES
All runners receive color short sleeved t-shirt
Raffle prizes and special awards given away at end of race
Special raffle for a pair of Spira shoes, must be present to win
Refreshments provided by Golden Corral at end of race
Chiropractic checkups and assists for runners will be available

TROPHIES TO TOP 3 MALE AND FEMALE IN 8K RUN
Trophies to top 3 male and female age group winners in the 8K run
9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 and over
