Up and Running 14 Week Half Marathon Training program

Education Bachelors in Kinesiology, Exercise Science: UTEP  
Certification Personal Trainer; National Academy of Sports Medicine CPR/AED: American Heart Association  
Focus: General Health and Nutrition, Weight Loss, Strength and Conditioning, Sport Specific Training, Boot Camps,
Toning and Sculpting, Endurance training, HIIT (high intensity interval training), Group Fitness

Running program Overview
14 week Half Marathon Training Group Group will consist of weekly emails, nutrition guidance, injury prevention,
individual/group runs with intermediate and advanced levels. 
$119.95 fee includes the above training
10% discount at Up and Running during the training
Tech T-shirt
One pair of socks
$15 gift certificate for Road ID
Water bottle  
Group run on Tuesday evening from Up and Running
Log Run on weekend location TBA each weekend  

Q and A at the Mesa location on November 19, at 10:00 a.m.  
First run is November 22 at 6:00 p.m.
